My post says nothing about printing to PDF. It is mentioning scanning to PDF. What is the point of this support forum if you're just going to tell everyone to call the 1800 number?

If you are having trouble printing PDF, it is recommended to Print as Image. For more information please call support and ask to speak to a Product Specialist: 1-800-821-2797.
I have a WorkCentre 3215 and all has worked fine up until a couple of months ago. Now, when I scan a multipage PDF document, the 2nd page of the document is always garbled/jumbled. I made sure I'm on the newest firmware. THis problem happens on both scan to email and scan to PC. If I scan a 4 page document, the 2nd and 4th pages are garbled. Has anyone seen this issue and know how to fix it? I should note that the document seems to look fine when I view it with Acrobat reader---but anything else displays the garbled pages.
