This sounds a bit complicated. I found in our knowledgebase some things you can try to resolve that error HERE.

I have a Xerox C550 with built in Fiery. I am trying to set up the scanning to my laptop from the scanner. However, I am unable to do so at the moment.
On the printer itself, it has 5 locations that it can scan to (set up by the previous owners), but when I go into the CWIS, I cannot see them 5 locations anywhere.
As well as this, on one part (when I enter the IP address in the web browser and go to Scan Settings, it is asking for 'SMB Path', 'Username' and 'Password'. I have tried a few different combinations for the SMB Path (laptop IP address, computer name etc, but it keeps coming back with 'The SMB destination is not in the correct format'.
Can anyone help?
