When using the Print Experience App, are you getting any errors or messages, either on the device or at the app level? I did find a helpful video on using the Print Experience App that you may find useful.
When I attempt to scan documents using the Windows TWAIN driver (XeroxScanExperience_7.4.43.0_x64.msi) and the automatic document feeder, the machine fails to stop scanning after the last page has been fed. The scanned pages counter in my document scanning application program continues to increment additional pages even though the document feeder is empty and the machine is quiet. The only option at that point is to cancel the scan within the scanning application program. Any suggestions would be most welcome!
