Scanning

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

The printer is connected to wifi and prints from my laptop connected to the wifi. I have put my email address into the printer address book. When I go to 'scan to' and tap 'contacts' there is nothing in there. How do I scan to my email address?

I would try maybe re-adding your name to the Contact list. Here are the steps.

You have to program the printer to do email, just like you can't send an email without having one to send from, neither can the printer.

So give it an email account and give it the login and server address to access, this will enable the Email option on the printer, at which point, the address book entry will appear on the device.
