Scanning

Product Name: VersaLink B7025/B7030/B7035
Operating System: Not Specified

The scanner used to be flawless, now we can't even use it because the quality is horrible. Does anyone know what I need to do?

Hello gwilhite, 

Have you tried cleaning the scanner glass, see here for instructions.  The scanner glass is separate from the main document glass. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.
