I have several Xerox C405 printers which have problems in setting up the scanning.
I have the IP addresses right in the printer settings, and it seems there is a login problem.
With Windows 11, I have set up a local administrator user and password, but cannot see how to login as there is no access on the lock screen, only Microsoft accounts.
Is there a way for the Microsoft account can used to access the printer for scanning? Please help, thanks.
