That is the same model we have.  It is happening less frequently now, but still happening.  Very frustrating.

i got the exact same issue on 2 C8170, Xerox could not find a solution so far.

Scans with image reversed on bottom half of page

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64
We have an intermittent issue with scanning where the scan will come through with the bottom half of the page upside down and reversed. Techs have been coming out for months to try to fix, with no luck. Hoping someone here has had a similar problem and found a solution.
