I cannot find anything on the Support page about this so I would keep working with your Technicians on this issue.
The technicians have run out of things to try. I keep requesting a replacement copier, but no response. They wanted to give us a "loaner," but I refused. Anyone higher up at Xerox I can contact?
Wondering if there is anything new on this.
I'm a Xerox Certified tech with an ASP and I am fighting this very problem with an 8170 at a customer site. I've reached out to support but am getting nowhere. Wondering if the techs you are working with have resolved the issue, or are willing to share what they have done thus far. I'm more than happy to compare notes.
