Hi, I have a 7845 with Secure Access. The Maintenance License expired. I know Xerox now has Print Safe instead of Secure Access.
Is there a patch to fix this issue?
I cant do any scanning until this is fixed.

Assuming it is Secure Access 5, you need to call in to get it fixed, I don't know how they fix it though, pretty sure it isn't a patch.
As for scan, just stick a USB stick in it and do a scan in the meantime, it may not be super convenient, but it works and means you are not unable to scan at all.
