My client stated all it said was EC. She's able to receive faxes as well. Also she ended up calling the person she fax it to and she receive it.
Can you provide the exact message and code please?
When a confirmation page is printed after sending a fax and there's an error message at the bottom.
What does Error Correct (ec) mean?
