I have a C8055 and the Show Additional Features is not an option under the Fax App.

My previous answer was for C405.

The machine I am working on does not have the option you suggested.  It has Reset.  There is no place to "save as Default".  I loaded version 101.001.089.22600 still looking for a solution.

C8045 and C8070 do have this option but not the C8030

You can do it from machine Web Browser, loged as admin, go to Apps>Fax>Confirmation report.

Try the below steps to enable the confirmation report

Login as Admin at the Local UI
Select “Fax” app
Scroll and select “Show Additional Features”
Select “Confirmation report”
Select “Print Confirmation”
Scroll down and select “Customize”
Select “Save Setting as Default”.

Good morning.

I am finishing the setup for a new AltaLink C8035.

It is running  system 101.001.008.274000 and I believe this is the latest software.

My customer wants the fax setup to ALWAYS print a confirmation report for an outgoing fax.  

That does not appear to be an option.
I have navigated to the settings window  in  
Tools>App Settings>Fax App>Setup Fax Reports.

When I open the Confirmation Report window, however, my report options are "Print on Error" or "Off".  I do not see an option to "Always Print" the confirmation page.

I would be thrilled if someone told me I was looking in the wrong screen and redirected me.   Please?
