These Altalink devices moved the setting out of fax defaults into the app itself, go to the device, login as admin then go into fax , turn it on and scroll to the bottom and select Show Additional features
Set it to always print like you already were
But now that you are the admin, you can go to the bottom and select Customize > Save settings as default and the option will stay until another person changes it with the same method
