Setting Up Win7 as FTP Server to Scan from Document Centre 430

I just replaced my XP OS with Win7 Pro 64 and need to set a "Home Directory for FTP.  MY 430 is set up and has worked fine in the past.  I need to set up my computer to receive the scan.  Any help is appreciated.

I think that link put me on the right track.  The Xerox tries to deliver to what in XP was the ftp "Home Directory."  How do I designate the new ftp site as the default or home FTP site?
