Setting default options for scanning on the Xerox Work Center 5745

What you are looking for is a scan template.  Visit http://www.support.xerox.com/support/workcentre-5735-5740-5745-5755/support/enus.html and search for "create template".  Complete directions on how to do this are there.

Hello,

We recently got the 5745 in our office. We do a LOT of scanning and it takes a good bit of time to set up the machine to scan correctly every time. Is there anyway to save the settings as default?

I'd greatly appreciate any help!
