Good day all, ive been working to transition our workcentre 3345 over from GMAIL to Office365, after several iterations of failure by follwing the basic guides ive gotten close but hit a new roadblock im not seeing elsewhere.
by following option 2 in This guide from microsoft ive gotten to the point of almost sucesfully sending emails from my device, howeever it now asks for me to enter a valid email, which while the email im using is a domain email, it is still on our microsoft 365 tenancy, and i can accesss it from outlook/Login as it.
currently considering perhaps it will only accept a (<Domain>.onmicrosoft.com) or require a regular (hotmail.com) account
