How you can Fix Yahoo Mail Login Problems?

You can try these strategies.

 

  1. Check the status of Yahoo Mail. 
  2. Check that Caps Lock isn't on.
  3. Log in through the email-specific page.
  4. Confirm that your password is correct.
  5. Reset your password. 
  6. Quit and restart the browser. 
  7. Clear the browser's cookies or clear the cache. 
  8. Try a different browser. 
  9. Enable (or disable) your Yahoo Account Key.

According to them

Sky.com (Sky Mail) SMTP Server smtp.tools.sky.com
SMTP port 587
SMTP security STARTTLS
SMTP username Your full email address
SMTP password Your Sky.com password

 

So this will work assuming you have the time/date and DNS on the printer setup right and the firmware up to date:

Hello

 

Thank you for your reply.  The port is already set at 587.

 

Cand you please adise further on the SSL or TLS encryption.

 

I have the address as : smtp.tools.sky.com port 587

017-714 SMTP Over SSL Fail RAP
017-714 SSL communication failure with SMTP server.
Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Check the following:
• If the fault occurred in TLS Mode it may be due to an incorrect port number. Check
the Port Number settings of the SMTP Server.
• Confirm that the SSL or TLS encryption type matches the appropriate port the customer
selected.

 

Your encryption settings are wrong

Gmail,Office365 use STARTTLS on port 587 (Most serviuces use them)

If you are using them and have that setting applied, update the firmware and try again

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello

 

I have recently purchased the Xerox 6515 and so far have connected it to wifi.  I am able to print and scan from my IMAC but I am really struggling to get it to scan to email or scan to a folder on my desktop.  I have followed all of the guidance but still get an error code 017-714.  I cannot find what code this is.

Hopeing someone could please give me instructions to rectiify this.
