Slow scanning on Xerox WorkCentre 7775

you can makee the settings defaults though....

Is there just a way I can disable those features for all scans?

you can find all related scan settings and quality in the tabs when you are going to scan

firmware or software you can find it on the button with the ? on it

I am not sure where to find these options possibly you could give me more details? Also where do I check my current firmware version?

its maybe because you have searchable pdf enablded and scanning more complex text ?

try disabling that feature for just scanning of images

also try a firmware upgrade

A client of mine recently purchased a new Xerox WorkCentre 7775 and they are complaining about the speed of scanning multiple pages, like 10 or more documents. Seems to be on "processing" for awhile. They switch it to "Simple Scan" per the rep who sold them the device but they still find it is slower than the old Toshiba MFP's they had. Any suggestions/tips?
