Speedialing for Xerox 5335

We have a Workcentre 5335, is there a speed dial setting for faxes, that we can just load the documents and press the 3 or 4 digit code from the address book.  The new process is so slow and time consuming compared to the earlier machines.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I was unable to find information other than that in the manuals.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance, they may have more infomration on the Speed dial.

This feature has supposedly been added in a new firmware version: 53.10.23

 

It's not on the driver download page yet, so you may have to check back or call service to have it installed.

Were you able to confirm if this feature was added in a firmware update? 

 

I am the proud owner of a WC 5325 since Dec/2012 and was immediately disappointed by the lack of a true speed dial. (Seeing as the firmware for the 5325 and 5335 seem to be common, I'm hoping to tag along.)

I did indeed look this up and yes - it was added to the firmware version 53.10.32 or newer. You will  have to call the customer support center at 1-800-821-2797 to obtain this version or newer firmware. I hope that answers your question!
