I need all emails send from our Altalink C8055 to also be send to a different email address of ours - not the sender address of the Xerox. I have tried to find a way to add the address as a standard BCC recipient in the mail app on the Xerox, but the recipients are not saved along with other standard settings. I have also not been able to set up a One Touch-app that has the BCC address as standard, while allowing us to add more recipients for each email.
Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks a lot for your help! :)
I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.
