Hi sailorimc,

Thank you for using the Support Forum.  Please make sure that you have installed the finisher in the driver so that your stapling options will display.  Here is a solution for the Professional finisher but the other finishers are similar.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance if this solution does not help.

Hi,

we use a WorkCenter 238 in the office. We have Windows 7 32-bit machines and the printer is installed on a Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit).

The problem is that we cannot see the Stapling Option when printing.

How could we enable stapling?
