Thank you for using the Support Forum. I have not seen this issue before.  I would strongly suggest you call or email your local support centre and ask to speak with someone at second level support.

Strange Character in Scan

Hello - 

 

I am new to the community and have a question about our Phaser 3635MFP.  I have it all set up and working in terms of scanning to email.  No problem.  Emails go and get delivered no problem.  My question is basically that when the email is received, the recipient sees a character in the body of the email that I cannot for the life of me figure out where it is coming from.  In the Outlook client of the recipient when the email is opened up, there is a question mark (?) with a box around it in the body.  Now, we have it set up so that there is no message body or signature being sent with the scan, so, I am unsure where this character is coming from.  Has anyone out there seen this behavior before?
