The 604K49540 part seems really hard to find in Europe, maybe is discontinued :(

The left counter balance of the DADF is broken and you must replace it (part no. 604K49540).

Hello! 

I have a systematic problem with the adf of my Workcentre 6505: every time I start a scan it wrinkles the sheet (see video).

The printer is in very good condition, everything seems to be fine, I cannot understand why this problem occurs. Can someone help me?
