Probably Antivirus/Firewall really, since we know it isn't the printer or the Windows OS, it must be a security measure added later. If it didn't work on the fresh install it would imply you were on WiFi via a Guest lan or had set the Network as Public instead of Private, but since it works on the fresh install there is no point looking there
Hi! There is a problem when scanning through the TWAIN driver. The scanner itself works, but the image from the driver is not transmitted in the application. This situation is observed on several computers in the office. If I configure the scanner on a freshly installed clean Windows, the scan will succeed. I do not understand what the TWAIN driver may conflict with.
