The fax confirmations are not showing the Sent-To ...

I have a VersaLInk B405 that uses FAX a lot. It does not print the sent to fax number on the Confirmation Sheet. Is this normal? Machine has a pretty new version of firmware.

Please help!!!!

Hello CHMCITSystemsAdmi,

Are you able to tell us if the issue on Internet Faxing? There are some settings on page 143-144 of the System Admin Guide that may help configure the Internet Fax confirmation report.

Hello everyone,

Last Thursday, my organization had 2 new Xerox PrimeLink B9100 printers and I enabled fax confirmations and they are populating BUT some of the confirmations are coming back not with a name or a few initials, and for my end users, they need the fax number there for auditing purposes.

I have looked through the system admin printer guide, the web interface, and the physical control panel and I do not see an option for the output on the confirmation page.

Can anyone assist?
