I checked the ports, the driver ID, and all the settings on both accounts. They are the same. There is only one difference between them: the username in the C:\Users folder. The problem account has two folders: JohnWA and JohnWA.ANDERSONMO. For some reason, Windows 7 uses the JohnWA.ANDERSONMO folder for the JohnWA account. I think this is the problem.

I have looked in our Support page and cannot find anything on the issue you describe. At this point I would recommend calling Support for more assistance: 1-800-821-2797.

The scanner does not work on a certain account

Product Name: WorkCentre 3210/3220
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

As title says, i have this issue. I have 2 accounts on PC. One is for administrator stuff. The second one is for regular user. Both are administrators. But the scan doesn't work on regular user account, which are administrator. Tried to reinstall drivers, doesn't work. The scan works only on administrator. Tried to create another user "TEST" with administrator rights and the scan works fine here too. Regular user have all rights. Any suggest ?
