Tray 4 is empty

I tried that but I'm going to try it again. This time I'll bring my little flashlight with me. I sure your right about this.

Sounds like you may not have gotten all the paper out and a sensor somewhere is telling the printer that the tray is full. Try a little closer inspection as I had this happen a couple of weeks ago. Found a sliver of paper jammed in the paper path way up there. Cleared it and bingo...working again!

I cleared a jam behind trays 3 and 4. Now I get a message saying tray 4 is empty even though there is paper in tray.Also, when I remove paper from tray 4, the tray doesn't move up. Anything I can try to fix this ?
