Trouble getting ip address pushed to destination template on WC 265 for scanning.

We have changed IP address on the receiving computer and the printer.  Everytime we do this.  We have trouble creating a new destination template that shows the IP address of the computer.

 

Not sure how to get a template to show up with an ip address of the computer that receives the scans.  Any suggestions?
