Hi, Jordan - Thanks for the reply! By AV, my best guess is that you mean audio visual (I am not a particualrly tech savvy person . . . ). Re any firewalls, the only potential change is that my work email software was upgraded to 2010 (I believe) with a new server location. Other than that, there haven't been any changes.
Has any firewall of AV been installed since the day it stopped working?

Had no trouble scanning before today - When attempting to scan to computer (USB), nothing happens and machine times out - Any ideas?
