Re: Trying to scan to a server 2019. All I get is a .lck folder.

The 4265 at the firmware you list supports SMBv1 and SMBv3 so it should work.

FTP is probably the easier method, but you could pull a debug log if you wanted to drudge through one to see whats up

In CWIS add /properties/security/tracetracking/debugtracetracking.dhtml to the address bar, or /properties/Security/TraceTracking/DebugTrackingTool.dhtml (Only one will work)

Make sure the time is right, the printers account has full permissions (READ, Write and modify) and that you format the username as seen in brackets on the share

Trying to scan to a server 2019. All I get is a .lck folder.

Product Name: WorkCentre 4265
Operating System: Other – specify OS in post

Trying to scan to a server 2019. All I get is a .lck folder. I have updated the firmware to 50.004.15.000 on the WC4265.

Also tried to a 2012 R2 server with the same results. I know this is an older model, am I going to get this to work or am I stuck with trying FTP?
