Hello khoke,
There is a new Twain driver 7.3.40.0 that came out a few month ago that you can try to see if that helps fix your issue:
I am using the twain driver downloaded for these models - version 7.3.35.0.
I am running a windows desktop application, and communicating through TWAIN to the device via the network.
If I have a paper jam, an error message from the twain driver (I assume) will appear stating I have a paper jam. I clear the jam, and then use the native screen to follow the steps to start the scan, again.
However, I am unable to clear the message box from the driver appearing on my desktop. If I click the retry or cancel buttons, the message continues to reappear, and my application is frozen.
How do I either 1. not get this message box, or 2. clear the message box without freezing my applicaiton?
