Still same problem...

What I noticed: after a reboot of the printer the usb flash drive is detected and I can scan to USB but if enters in recovery mode (sleep mode) after he wakes up ("the machine is recovering from power safe mode") when I try to scan to usb flash drive the printers doesnt sees anymore the flash drive. Suggestions? Thank you!

Hello. I have two Xerox WC 3345 and I'm having troubles to scan to USB flash drives. They both not detect any USB flash that is connected.

What I have tried: firmware update (downloaded 60.006.06.000 and installed), enabled USB from printers setup (CWIS), formatted flash drives FAT32, I have tried multiple flash drives formatted FAT32 and with different sizes (32Gb, 16Gb, 7Gb).

Any suggestion?
