This seems to be an issue with the latest firmware upgrade using the Upgrade Utility. I just ran into this issue on the 3rd AltaLink C8145. Is someone looking into this issue?
Xerox AltaLink 8145 after updating to the latest General Release (120.010.003.2000) I am unable to delete Scan templates on the device. There is no error but the Scan templete is still there after deleting.
Also, when I try to modify the Scan template it gives an error. See attached.
