This seems to be an issue with the latest firmware upgrade using the Upgrade Utility. I just ran into this issue on the 3rd AltaLink C8145. Is someone looking into this issue?

Create a clone of all device settings, run the Erase customer Data feature, then apply your clone.

Erase Customer Data does basically the same thing as a technician doing an altboot with a USB while disabling all data backup. It will erase everything on the printer and reload the software stored on the SSD.. but that is why you create a clone first.

If that doesn't work it might need an altboot or it might be a problem with that version of FW that would have to be corrected in a future release

Unable to Delete Scan Templates

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Xerox AltaLink 8145 after updating to the latest General Release (120.010.003.2000) I am unable to delete Scan templates on the device. There is no error but the Scan templete is still there after deleting.

Also, when I try to modify the Scan template it gives an error. See attached.
