Hey everybody, we've got a Xerox 5225 printer and someone faxed us about 2500+ pages and I cannot for the life of me cancel the fax jobs. There are 3 fax print jobs (650 pages) that are in "print wait" status and one job in Processing job status. I can't delete any of them. What happens is that because the fax is so big it will print out maybe 40 pages at a time, wait for 20 minutes or so and then print out another 40 pages. I've tried everything I can think of to clear the queue.
Here is what I've tried so far
1.) Delete the jobs individually, when I do that nothing happens
2.) Unplugging the power to the printer for a few minutes
3.) Unplugging the fax line
4.) Using the clear all button
5.) Cannot run anything in admin mode because it says "there is a job processing"
6.) Holding down the 6 key, energy saver button, and stop button when booting
I'm out of options, anyone have any ideas?
