Unable to do the Remote Scan with Tickets in Altalink, Versalink working Fine

Product Name: Xerox AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Applicable

I tried to do the remote scan with the sample tickets provided for SMB and HTTP using the EIP Remote Scan Tool

I was able to succeed using the versalink device. But i am getting error while using Altalink devices.

getting Job got Cancelled Error.

If we use the same settings through template both Versalink and Altalink devices are working fine.

Are Tickets not supported in Altalink Devices?
