Unable to receive some faxes

If you can receive "most" faxes,  then your line is fine.

I would guess that "some companies" is the ones having problems. :)

Sorry about the spelling errors (typing from mobile device). Anyway, we can receive most faxes, but there are a few companies that are unable to fax us. We use a Workcenter 6505. Thanks.

We use a WC-6505 and warble to receive frost faxes. Although, we're unable to receive faxes from some companies. 

Any ideas?
