The bad news is no, the link did not help. The good news is that I found an admin guide online. More bad news is that supposedly it's the Fiery that nobody knows how to work with.

They're sending me a technician who knows/understands Fiery... supposedly. Thanks for the help.

I have about had it with Xerox support seeing as NOBODY over there seems to know their arse from their elbow when it comes to using this printer the way it is supposed to be able to be used. Hopefully someone HERE can help me???

I have been trying to get the machine to save to computers on the network, save scans to FTP, etc. It's on Fiery and its really annoying because we bought this computer to replace another company's product on which we COULD easily do these things.

Can anyone help me figure out how to get this thing to actually work as ANYTHING other than just a printer. Which is the only function it seems to do at all.
