Unable to scan image files

Product Name: VersaLink B7025/B7030/B7035
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello,

I am having problems scanning .TIF or .JPEG files.  When selecting either output option and scanning a piece of paper the scanner notes a "successful scan job" but yet nothing appears on the network drive.  Scanning to .PDF, .PDF(a), and .XPS files also notes a "successful scan job" and appears in the set-up network drive.
