I searched our knowledge base and found this article for setting up scanning.  I would suggest that you review to make sure all necessary set are completed. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Unable to scan in OC Ubuntu. Xerox B215

Product Name: Xerox B215 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Linux

hello, after installing the print and scan drivers, the printer started printing, but no matter what program I installed for scanning, the printer does not want to scan through it. Ubuntu version 20.04.4 LTS.
