Re: Unable to scan to Windows Server 2012 R2

Well.. scratch my previous. I went ahead and installed the update and it rolled the System Software Version back, but the Network Controller, User Interface, etc. was updated. Once the machine rebooted, I was able to perform a scan, but when I went to scan again, I get the login error.

Unfortunately, the link you provided is for SPAR 072.161.145.05000. We currently have 072.162.004.09100 installed. The version you provided is a tad bit older. Any other ideas?

Unable to scan to Windows Server 2012 R2

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello,

We purchased a Xerox ColorQube 8700S about a year and a half ago. We deployed a file server about 10 months ago and have been desperately trying to get the Workflow Scanning to work. Every time we scan a document, we get a login error. We have double check and triple check the File Destination settings, reset the password to the AD account used, tried ports 139 and 445, changed the Share paths and the Default Repository Document Path, tried use the IPv4 Address and Host Name, double checked share settings on share drive, etc. We are IT Professionals and this has us stumped. IT has the latest firmware that we could locate of 072.162.004.09100. If there is anything out there that is newer that will resolve our issue, please let us know! We have $2,500 MFP that only serves as a printer and copier as of now.

Thanks!
