add the domain to the user name like: MYDOMAINNAME\USER.NAME...

Try to configure like that if you using network drive . 

IP Address and Port: . . . : actual IP of our lenovo server
Share: Common
Document Path: Scans 
Login Name: ip address of your network drive IP \your login    Note :  is Must to be admin user or have full access right on the network drive 


Password: our password
Retype password: same

 

Anytime I scan, on the printer it says transfer... then delete.

 

On the scan to file comfirmation report, on the Job status, it says "Status...... Failed

 

Please help.

Thank you for using the forum.

 

It looks like your file path has a formatting issue: You cannot start the path with a special character, such as a / - you’ll need to start the file path with the subfolder beneath the shared directory. It should read something like this:

 

IP Address and Port:   Server address

Share: Common

Document Path: Scans

Login Name: login username

Password: account password

Retype password: same as above

Unable to scan via SMB - scanning to network drive xerox 3635

Hello.

 

I have not been able to scan to network drive and cannot figure out how to set it.

 

Here is the setting I am using

 

IP Address and Port: . . . : actual IP of our lenovo server
Share: Common
Document Path: \Scans 
Login Name: our login
Password: our password
Retype password: same

 

Anytime I scan, on the printer it says transfer... then delete.

 

On the scan to file comfirmation report, on the Job status, it says "Status...... Failed

 

Please help.
