I had too ask a Product Specialist and they said that there isn’t a scanner lock on this device, the message will appear due to a failure of something in the scanner assembly. If this happens, then service will be required.

Good day I am unable to scan anything on my workcenter 3345. On the screen i have information to "unlock scanner'". The problem is that i cannot locate "scanner lock" under "document feeder" or anywhere else on workcenter. I tried to turn off printer many times without any results. Fault nr: CCD lock 14-100 Please assist
