I had to reset Xerox workcentre 6515DN MFP as scanner wasn't using the right tray to send scans to email.
As of result of resetting i have been having trouble setting up the SMTP service for office 365.
I have tried to configure using the printer user interface as well as web printer interface with no luck.
I have set up the SMTP settings with the guide provided by Xerox & Microsoft
My current SMTP settings (not working)
The email account used has MFA off and SMTP AUTH is enabled on Office 365 account.
The SMTP scan to email was previusly working before i reset the printer.
The current software version of the printer is below however finding it diffuclt updating if that might solve issue
