Unknown Publisher When Running nscsysUI_xerox.exe

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I keep getting "allow unknown publisher to make changes to this computer?" when runnning nscsysUI_xerox.exe under Windows 7 64 bit and prompts me to enter admin password for WorkCentre 3220DN. I used the latest drivers (from the website dated Jun 17, 2009).

How to run nscsysUI_xerox.exe without getting prompted fro admin password? I need it to be able to scan as a standard user.
