Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for using secure access.  This should give you the access restriction on faxes that you want.  If this does nto help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

User log in for at machine faxing

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We just received a workcenter 3315. We need users to log in using a code in order to send an outbound fax. I reviewed the system adminstrator guide but I am not sure if the 'authentication' process will do this as it only refers to scanning. Can you please advise?

Is there a way to set up user accounts from the control panel?
