Make sure they haven't been hidden

 

CWIS > Properties > Services > Show/Hide

And make sure they haven't been locked

 

CWIS > Properties > Login / Permissions / Accounting > User Permissions > User Permission Roles > Edit

Services & Tools and make sure they are all on Allowed (with exception of tools)

Users Cannot scan/copy but can print

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

All of a sudden when I go to my Machine Xerox Workcentre 7225 the screen will not let me choose what function I want to use.  It will not let press the buttons and change the screen.  It will however change when I open the Paper tray or another door.  I can print remotely but am unable to scan or copy from the machine itself.  Online it is showing no error codes and it will not let me access any of those screens on the Machine itself.  It was working all day fine until it just stopped.
