This is the only article that I can find that talks about changing the Language Settings. If this doesn't help, I would recommend contacting your local Support Department.

VersaLink B7035 Set default keyboard layout

I set default language and keyboard layout to russian, but when choise username for scan to email, keyborad always in english. How to set it at default at russian, or how to setup user search in LDAP not for Surname and Given Name but email (then was`t need change keybord layout).
