Re: Versalink C405?

It could be, but there are a lot of factors to consider since I have no idea on the network and could not replicate it anyway without the particular model at hand.

But I still think you should just select Contacts and pick the address book entry you wanted in the first place where the Scan to entry resides before you move on to an entirely different option..

Re: Versalink C405?

so the network option still aint working.

This is what i get when it scans the network for smb share?

i know its a new xerox line, but even tier 2 couldnt help when i called.

could it be a glitch on the machine?

Re: Versalink C405?

While I don't have a C405, I do have a Versalink, and the Scan To feature has multiple options.

What you put in your address book would be inside Email or Contacts.

The Network option (On my similar device) searches the network for SMB shares.

So that would be an unrelated issue to your address book

Versalink C405?

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer

Hello,

Just got my versalink C405DN, i have been able to configure my scan to email, also configured my scan to via the address book.

But i noticed when i go to scan and hit the scan to feature which shows the network it gives error message saying check network connectivity?but everything else is working fine.

Just curious why that network feature keeps failing though?

Thanks
