Thanks for this Joe,

For some reason, it seems to be working fine now. The SSL/TLS settings are as you suggested. I have not yet updated the firmware, and am loathe to do so as it seems to be working again.

However, I will monitor and post back after the weekend.

At least one of those faults means an unsupported encryption. If these codes are random and not because someone there is trying different settings over and over, then just update the firmware to this one.

Then make sure the SMTP settings are exactly this

Then slide down to System > Security > SSL\TLS settings and make sure this isn't selected

Very intermittent scanning

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi there,

Until a few days ago, our C7020 printer was working absolutely fine. Suddenly, scanning has become a real issue.

When using "Send to" we are unable to receive most scans from the printer with various different errors. Fault codes include:

027-504

016-781

029-717

027-773

017-714

016-764

 

This is really perplexing me. We are using MS Office 365, and we have tried a number of email addresses but the problems remain.

 

Any thoughts/help really appreciated at this stage.
