At least one of those faults means an unsupported encryption. If these codes are random and not because someone there is trying different settings over and over, then just update the firmware to this one.
Then make sure the SMTP settings are exactly this

Until a few days ago, our C7020 printer was working absolutely fine. Suddenly, scanning has become a real issue.
When using "Send to" we are unable to receive most scans from the printer with various different errors. Fault codes include:
This is really perplexing me. We are using MS Office 365, and we have tried a number of email addresses but the problems remain.
Any thoughts/help really appreciated at this stage.
