Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please double check that you have added the device using the instruction in the solution for Scan to Network PC Not Available Message. Also make sure you have the latest firmware loaded on your machine. If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
When this happens, we have to go back to our PCs and and refresh our device in the Scan manager.
Is there a setting to stop the PC and Scanner from disconnecting from eachother?
